聘客户服务管理员

职责描述:

In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction whilst operating within the company standards and maintaining a high level of security. You will need to carry out and record clock rounds, do regular car park patrols, maintain a high level of security awareness, prepare and serve early breakfasts, serve room service orders and late night drinks. Also, ensuring all keys and monies are secure and charges are raised and posted to guests’ rooms.
