职责描述:

The Role

Working as part of the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure Retail Teams on a fast paced European Service Desk offering excellent customer service and 1st Level support to customers on their Epos or PMS and associated systems.


The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience within the retail, hotel or public house environment and have gained practical working knowledge of the PoS/PMS systems, (e.g.; Retail tills, cash office or Hotel reception area duties).

• Have an excellent telephone manner

• Be organised and self-motivated

• Proven customer service skills and attention to detail

• Be IT literate, (MS Outlook, Excel & Internet are minimum requirements), have an aptitude for developing this area, (but not necessarily highly technical)

• Be willing to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays

• Have their own transport.

No prior Service Desk or technical experience required as full training will be provided.
