An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual looking to take charge of all aspects of hotel operations.   You will be responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operation for which responsibilities will include managing a large team of departmental managers, as well as, driving profit through the implementation and maintenance of quality service delivery standards at all levels.     A working knowledge of all departments including Sales, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events and Finance is essential with some operational experience.       About the hotel Set on the edge of the glorious Cotswold countryside in 240 acres of grounds, this superbly equipped hotel has something for everyone.
